The Genentech Patient Foundation - Ocrevus uses dollar income limits instead: $150,000 for households of up to 4 people, plus $25,000 for each additional member.

Is there an Ocrevus patient assistance program?

Yes. Genentech, Inc. (Roche) runs the Genentech Patient Foundation - Ocrevus, which provides Ocrevus free of charge to eligible patients. The full rules and the official application link are in the program list above.

Does Medicare cover Ocrevus?

Medicare coverage for Ocrevus depends on your own plan: depending on how it is given, a drug can fall under Part B (administered in a clinic) or Part D (filled at a pharmacy), and each plan decides what it covers. Your plan's documents or Medicare's plan finder are the only reliable check. Separate from coverage, none of the Ocrevus assistance programs we track currently accept Medicare patients.

Is there an Ocrevus copay card or coupon, and who can use it?

Yes - the OCREVUS Co-pay Program from Genentech, Inc. (Roche). Eligible patients pay as little as $0 per OCREVUS administration. It works for patients with commercial (private) insurance. Patients on Medicare or Medicaid cannot use the card itself. If you searched for an Ocrevus coupon, this manufacturer card is the official version of it.
