Soliris (eculizumab) is a terminal complement inhibitor (c5) made by Alexion (AstraZeneca Rare Disease). It is commonly prescribed for: Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), Atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS), Generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG, AChR antibody-positive), Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD, AQP4-IgG positive).
