Tandem Upgrade Program (Non-Tandem Pump Switch)

Patient pays: $999 one-time program fee; 90-day trial period from receipt of the Tandem pump; if returned within 90 days, customer receives a refund of the $999 program fee minus a $199 administrative fee; if kept, pump must be returned at expiration of the non-Tandem pump warranty or customer is charged the full cash price of the Tandem pump less the prior $999 payment
