Patient pays: Injectable Wegovy pen: $199 for each of the first two monthly fills of the two starting doses for patients new to the program, then $349 per month for 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1 mg, 1.7 mg, or 2.4 mg; $399 per month for Wegovy HD 7.2 mg. Oral Wegovy pill (new formulation): $149 per month for the 1.5 mg and 4 mg doses through August 31, 2026 (4 mg rises to $199/month after that date); $299 per month for the 9 mg and 25 mg doses.
