Income limits

Stoboclo income limits in dollars (2026)

1 of the 2 active Stoboclo assistance programs we track caps household income. The lowest cutoff is $63,840 a year for a single person. Most programs publish their cutoff as a percent of the federal poverty level - here is what that means in dollars.

Celltrion CONNECT Patient Assistance Program (Stoboclo)

Household income at or below 400% of the federal poverty level:

Household sizeAnnual income limit
1 person$63,840
2 people$86,560
3 people$109,280
4 people$132,000
Each additional person+ $22,720

Dollar amounts for percent-of-poverty caps are computed from the 2026 federal poverty guidelines for the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC ($15,960 for one person, plus $5,680 for each additional household member). Alaska and Hawaii use higher figures. Each program makes the final eligibility decision - confirm on the official application linked above.

Not sure which kind of help you qualify for?

Stoboclo offers more than one kind of program, and they have opposite rules:

  • Have private insurance? The copay card can cut your monthly cost - but it can’t be used with Medicare, Medicaid, the VA, or Tricare.
  • Uninsured or low-income? The patient assistance program may give you Stoboclo free or nearly free, if your income is under its limit.

We show both programs, and the real income limits, below. Or read the full copay card vs patient assistance guide

Stoboclo assistance, answered plainly

Is there a Stoboclo patient assistance program?

Yes. Celltrion USA, Inc. (Celltrion CONNECT Patient Support Program) runs the Celltrion CONNECT Patient Assistance Program (Stoboclo), which provides Stoboclo free of charge to eligible patients. Household income generally needs to be at or below 400% of the federal poverty level. The full rules and the official application link are in the program list above.

Does Medicare cover Stoboclo?

Medicare coverage for Stoboclo depends on your own plan: depending on how it is given, a drug can fall under Part B (administered in a clinic) or Part D (filled at a pharmacy), and each plan decides what it covers. Your plan's documents or Medicare's plan finder are the only reliable check. Separate from coverage, none of the Stoboclo assistance programs we track currently accept Medicare patients.

Is there a Stoboclo copay card or coupon, and who can use it?

Yes - the Celltrion CARES Co-pay Program (Stoboclo) from Celltrion USA, Inc. (Celltrion CONNECT Patient Support Program). Eligible patients pay as little as $0 for each dose, up to an annual maximum. It works for patients with commercial (private) insurance. Patients on Medicare or Medicaid cannot use the card itself. If you searched for a Stoboclo coupon, this manufacturer card is the official version of it.

Where do I find the Stoboclo patient assistance application form?

The official application form for the Celltrion CONNECT Patient Assistance Program (Stoboclo) is on celltrionconnect.com - the application links on this page go straight to the program's own form. Some programs call it an enrollment form; it is the same document. Applying is always free; never pay a third-party service to file a patient assistance form for you.

Does Stoboclo assistance work if I am on Medicare or Medicaid?

None of the Stoboclo programs we track currently accept Medicare or Medicaid. If that changes, we will update this page.

Is the Stoboclo patient support program the same thing as patient assistance?

Manufacturers like Celltrion USA use "patient support program" as an umbrella term for nurse lines, insurance navigation, and financial help. The financial help is what we track here - for Stoboclo that is the Celltrion CONNECT Patient Assistance Program (Stoboclo). The support phone line is listed on the official program site linked above.
